We're DeLuca Frigoletto, a Northeast PA advertising agency that creates stimulating conversation for brands big and small. We were founded in 1993 with one simple core belief -

President

Paul's creative soul shines through in everything he does. He's a worldly guy with a passion for all things original. Paul's diverse background and interests bring a vast amount of knowledge to everything we do. His understanding of how to build lucrative brands is crystal clear in the successes of DFA.


Michael Frigoletto
Creative Director

Mike's the kind of guy you want to grab a beer with. And if you're a Phillies fan, throw in a shot too. His wife and four kids are his world and they give him the daily inspiration to be a creative mastermind here at DFA. His work is unmistakable and it's been displayed across the nation. Oh, and one more thing about Mike ... The dude abides.


Tricia Pegula
Media Director

Tricia's undeniable talent for building successful media strategies has been evident since day one, (she was DFA employee #1 too!). Her bright personality, eye for all things fabulous and, thankfully for all of us in the office, her passion for baking delicious treats makes her irreplaceable. Try one of Tricia's homemade sugar cookies and we guarantee you won't forget her.


Sarah Mellody Shedlauskas
Media Planner

Sarah's got a kind heart to go with her fierce media planning abilities. She is a lover of all things family and chicken caesar. In her spare time, she enjoys relaxing on the east coast beaches with loved ones and can tell you where the best chicken caesar salad is anywhere in the northeast. She has the perfect mix of savy, knowledge and competitiveness that every client needs in a media planner.


Jerry Cavill
Art Director

Jerry likes designing almost as much as he likes blueberry pancakes. Almost. He was raised on the idea that nothing is impossible, including slamming down that fourth plate at a Chinese buffet. But don't worry, he mountain bikes to burn all that food off. Plus doodling still burns calories, right? His creative juices help us develop stimulating graphics for our clients.


Danielle Hritzak
PR/Social Media

Danielle's ability to enhance a brand's presence and engagement on social media is like a post-modern art form. She's managed multiple campaigns focusing on traffic generation by creating engaging content. She credits her social skills to one of her passions: cooking for family and friends. She loves good food and with good food typically comes good conversation. Along with her homemade tomato sauce, one of her specialties is the way she embraces and becomes a part of your brand. It's what sets her apart from your ordinary social media managers.
